The Religion Clothing brand is not only unique, but it also
offers perks including:    

Incentivised commission structures.

Commission:

The commission is paid to the affiliate on the final
transaction amount for products sold at full price  but excluding P&P and returns and after
all the discounts have been applied.

Commissions will not be awarded if the affiliate is offering
cashback or loyalty points to a customer who has also used a unique (i.e. not
onsite generic codes) voucher or promotional code.

Sales that come from unauthorised codes or activity on the
programme will be declined.

The commission will not be awarded on discounted products or
if the customer returns the goods or if the order is cancelled or out of stock.

reserve the right to suspend affiliates who do not follow the programme terms*

Links & Creative
Content

Religion Clothing provide a variety of linking methods which
are made available to the affiliate including banners, coupon codes and product
data feed. It is recommended that affiliates use these provided as a part of
their account.

Affiliates may not edit or change the creative content
provided by Religion Clothing. If Religion Clothing requests that a banner or
creative content be removed, the affiliate must do so as soon as possible. If
this is breached, the affiliate may not be entitled to receive commission for
the duration of the violation.

Religion Clothing maintain a regular and up to date product
feed which is available everyday through the religionclothing.com website.
Affiliates are requested to make every effort to maintain the most current
pricing information on their promotions.

Voucher &
Promotional Codes

Affiliates may only promote codes as provided through the
Religion Clothing affiliate programme.

Religion Ltd reserves the right to decline commissions and
withhold payment of commissions if a non-authorised voucher code is used in an
affiliate sale without prior consent from Religion Ltd.

All expiry dates for promotional codes should be made
clearly visible and either be removed or marked as expired after this date
unless advised otherwise.

Any violation of the above may lead to an affiliate being
suspended from the programme.

Affiliates can't promote Religion Clothing promotional codes
using PPC adverts.

PAY PER CLICK TERMS UPDATED

 Bidding on the brand name for the keyword ‘RELIGION CLOTHING’ (including variations or misspellings of it) is prohibited in all search engines. Misspellings or variations may include ‘Religion Clothing Sale’, ‘Religion Clothes’ and ‘Religion Clothing Store’. To ensure you do not appear on these terms, you are required to assign negative matches to brand terms in all search engines.

Failure to comply with these terms will result in declined commissions.

If any affiliate is found to be breaking any of the terms above, they will be asked to remove/updated their add or lower their bids. Consistent failure to comply with these rules will result in the affiliate being removed from the programme and commissions being set to zero.

You are still able to promote Religion brand via PPC advertising with different keywords.

Promotional code only valid on full price products

Promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with each
other and sales will be declined unless otherwise stated.

General

Religion Ltd does not allow browser extensions.

All affiliate approvals will be processed within 7-10 days.

Commission rates

15% Current commission rates as of 1st March 2019

Religion Ltd request that all affiliates publish original
content only, not duplicates of existing content visible on the Religion
Clothing website.

Social Media 
Influencers: Please note that due to
updated ASA regulations, all posts affiliates publish with regards to Religion
Clothing must now include the #ad in order to comply. Affiliates will not disclose any
confidential information, this is inclusive of trading plans, messaging, and
promotions which should not be distributed or advertised until the go-live
